At BHE Lift Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
